Pro Series Pistol Grip Pressure Inflator Gauge Replacement Piston Kit

Replacement part for the Milton® Pro Series Pistol Grip Inflator Gauges, when the piston or deflation button becomes worn or old.

 

Cartridge Replacement Instructions:

A. Wrench

B. Trigger pin

C. Trigger pin C-clip

D. Deflator button assembly

E. Inflator piston with 2 O-rings

F. Spring

 

  1. Use wrench (A) to remove the old deflator button (D) from gauge
  2. Pull on spring (F) to remove old inflator piston (E).
    If old piston doesn’t slide out, it may be necessary to remove the trigger to push it out from the other side. Remove the C-clip (C) and remove the trigger pin (B).
    Note: a replacement trigger pin and C-clip are included in case the old pin and clip get lost or damaged during this step
  3. Install new piston (E) and reassemble gauge following the reverse order of the above steps.
    Note: a replacement deflator button (D) is included in case the sealing surfaces and rings of the old button become damaged.
