- Only institutions from within the US, not including the states of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are eligible to participate.
- Nominations for high schools, technical charters and colleges will be accepted Oct. 20th through the 25th, ending at 12:00 p.m. EST.
- Voting for your school of choice will be accepted Oct. 28th starting at 12:00 p.m. EST through Nov. 3rd, ending at 12:00 p.m. EST.
- Winners will be announced LIVE at SEMA TRADESHOW on Wednesday, Nov. 6th at booth #37183 at 4 p.m. PST through Jeff Buckley's Facebook live feed!
- First and second prize winners are determined by the total tally of the highest votes. The additional winners will be pulled from the top 10 list.

Winners will be announced Live at Wednesday, Nov. 6th at booth #37183 at 4 p.m. PST. “Notification” is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending of an e-mail. In order for school to claim their price, they must respond within four (4) days of Notification. Failure to comply within this time period, is returned as non-deliverable or not returned properly executed, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Rules, it will result in the potential winner forfeiting the prize and being disqualified and an alternate potential winner being selected from among remaining eligible participants.
