Usage Instructions:
  • 1. Avoid sharp body lines.
  • 2. Tilt the tool up while performing
    • Step #1. Doing this gives you a little more than 45°which makes easier (see photo).
    Step #2. It also keeps the bottom lip of the tool away from the outer surface of the skin.

    • Step #1. Doing this gives you a little more than 45°which makes easier.
    Step #2. It also keeps the bottom lip of the tool away from the outer surface of the skin.

  • How to instructions: Step 1 allows the technician to form the edge of the door skin to an initial 45 degree angle by holding the tool at a right angle to the door. No hammer and dolly work required.
  • Step 2 allows the technician to complete the final form by using the tool at a 45 degree angle.
  • Two side slots are included for left and right application. When completed minimal finishing may be required on corners and body lines.
  • Designed for material thicknesses up to 0.75 mm or less.
