The addition of the Tommy Rail accessory to the highly successful ProMAXX® TOMMY Wheel Bearing Puller generates increased power, allowing auto technicians to shorten removal times even more.

TOMMY Rail, crafted from solid, hard-coated American aluminum, attaches to the outside of the lower push flange creating a powerful structural link similar to an automotive rear-end four-bar linkage setup. The four-bar linkage was developed to handle increased horsepower at the rear wheels for both street and track applications. Adapting that technology to our TOMMY Wheel Bearing Puller, we’ve created the ability for Tommy to handle even more pulling power than before.

TOMMY has proven to be the superior tool to remove wheel bearing hubs quickly without damage to the CV, knuckle, or the need for an expensive alignment . In combination of TOMMY Rail to the tool’s unique triangulated pushrods and heavy-duty assembly, Tommy easily handles the additional pulling power it was engineered for.

Tommy Rail adds another point of contact between the Tommy assembly and the wheel bearing flange delivering the ability to handle even greater loads. This applies enough force to pull any wheel bearing no matter how tough or rusted.

Accessory for Tommy Wheel Bearing Remover - Ford / Subaru

Tommy Rail is the solution for the most stubborn wheel bearing removal projects by allowing you to exert more pulling power on the entire assembly.

• Make sure you have completed all of the assembly by following the user guide included in your Tommy Wheel Bearing Removal Kit.
• Place the Tommy Rail (PMXTMR100) on the lower Push Flange (TPF400) [A] and the vehicle bearing hub flange [B] at right angles to the two mounting bolts as shown in the image above. Make sure the set screw (PMXTSS100) is on the Tommy side, as shown above.
• Torque the set screw by hand, then use a wrench to apply as much force as possible, squeezing the flanges together. This allows pressure to be applied more evenly on the hub.
• Follow the remaining steps in your Tommy Wheel Bearing Removal Kit.
